VitaNovaLand was founded by a small team of property professionals who had collectively spent years navigating Bali's complex land market — first as buyers themselves, then as advisors.
We watched friends and colleagues lose money to undisclosed encumbrances, cloudy titles, and sellers who misrepresented zoning. We saw demand for a firm that would do the hard work upfront: verify ownership, check peruntukan (land use permits), translate every clause of notarial deeds, and stand behind every listing we put in front of a client.
